Silver Membership Agreement

What you agree to when you register.

1) Gemin-i.org takes no responsibility whatsoever for the legality, validity, appropriateness or accuracy of materials displayed on Rafi.ki.

2) Materials uploaded to Rafi.ki by the Silver Member will be legal, appropriate and comply with the Rafi.ki Code of Conduct.

3) Gemin-i.org reserves the right to change or remove without notice or explanation, any material uploaded by the Silver Member that it considers inappropriate or that it suspects might be illegal or in breach of the Rafi.ki Code of Conduct.

4) The Silver Member warrants that materials s/he uploads to Rafi.ki do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights and hereby gives Gemin-i.org permission to use and adapt these materials for publication on Rafi.ki and to use them freely for educational, promotional and commercial purposes.

5) All designs, graphics, sounds, trade marks, images, text, software developed by or on behalf of Gemin-i.org in connection with the Rafi.ki website and all the intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of Gemin-i.org.

6) Gemin-i.org reserves the right to remove any Silver Member's access to Rafi.ki without notice.

7) The Silver Member will not, without the express written approval of Gemin-i.org, distribute or otherwise publish through the Rafi.ki website any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services. Soliciting other Rafi.ki Users or Members to join or become members of any outside site, online service or other organization is expressly prohibited.

8) No liability (including negligence) is borne by Gemin-i.org for damages or consequential losses arising from accessing data on Rafi.ki or their use (or from the inability to access and use them). Under no circumstances shall Gemin-i.org be liable for possible damages or consequential losses, direct or indirect, from the use of software, information, and material available from the Service or through access via links to other websites.

9) While Gemin-i.org will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Rafi.ki operates fully and effectively it does not warrant that Rafi.ki will be continuously available or error free or free of rogue programming and its liability in respect of any discontinuity or error in the Service will be limited to using all reasonable endeavours to correct such discontinuity or error being brought to its attention.

10) Rafi.ki is controlled and operated by Gemin-i.org from its offices within the UK. Gemin-i.org makes no representation that materials in the site or the Service are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
